REPORTING TO: Deputy Section Manager of Supply and Logistics Section
JOB SUMMARY
Shipment Control Staff is responsible to establish supply planning and to coordinate with customers for Products and related matters in accordance with the established operating procedures and written and oral instructions from Section Manager(SM) and Deputy Section Manager (DSM).
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Developing and manage the offtake Plan for all Products;
- Order management for all products;
- Communicating with Offtakers and Production Planning section members to fix shipment schedule for all products;
- Coordinating with Production Planning Section and Operations Division members to achieve safe and smooth operation to meet the Refinery production plan;
- Negotiating with offtakers on sales volume, pricing components (IA, FA, MA), northern demand etc;
- Making and checking sales price calculation of all products; analyzing the trend of price’s components of each product.
- Making and checking all yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly supply & Demand and price forecast reports
- Analyzing and creating shipment improvement plan refering above mentioned reports;
- Carrying out the job in accordance with written and oral instructions from SM/DSM;
During EPC period, Shipment Control Staff will:
- Establish the work flow, Work Procedures & Manuals;
- Develop the IT system (PSS, I&EMS, ERP);
- Study, establish and develop training program for staffs
REQUIRES
Educational Level: University Graduated with major in Organic and
Petrochemical Technology, Petroleum and Gas Chemical Engineering,
Petroleum Processing or equivalent
Specialty/Qualification:
- Passionate dedication to ensure safe operation enforcing strict
conformance with all Government regulations, applicable company policies
and procedures.
- Strong decision making abilities under high pressure and innovative to generate the new ideas.
- Strong experience in supply and logistic planning and execution for Petroleum, Petrochemicals or relevant.
- Excellence in working procedure preparation
Skills:
- Knowledgeable with the Off-site facility design & off-site operation.
- Knowledgeable with refinery products
- Excellent Knowledge and understanding of supply & Logistics policies and procedure.
- Experience in Supply & Logistics planning and execution.
- Report writing and presentation skills
- English skills IELTS 5.5 (or relevant)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent logical thinking skill to make feasible shipping schedule
