1. Contact with related Depts to get information of Export shipments
2. Submit booking & contact with forwarder to get booking confirmation.
3. Preparing export documents for Customs Clearancce.
4. Preparing documents for applying Visa & C/O.
5. Preparing Export documents for buyer, banking negotiation & Hongkong, Accounting , Shipping record.
6. To file all related export docs in Computer, hardcopy.
7. Reference from Head of Dep’t & colleagues to cooperate with high efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Preparing & submiting export customs clearance & shipping documents on time
• Making sure the export division is under_control & reliable
• Taking advantage of low expenses & avoid penalty.
• Over 2 years experience in making import – export documents.
• Knowledgeable about Vietnamese customs regulations & Vietnamese laws.
