Candidates will be provided with job details during interview.

- Making balance report
- Wide knowledge in Import/Export field
- Arranging import-export shipments according to date inorder to meet customer requirements
- Prepare all import and export documents
- Contacting shipping agencies and overseas vendors/customers
- Managing daily import and export operations.
- Meeting ontime delivery targets.
- Undertaking day to day operations, making invoice, verifying freight bill, distribution expenses, generating ordering and shipment control schedule, sending shipment advice and documents to customers
Yêu cầu công việc
- Over one year experience in import-export, make balance report in processing company and have knowledge of import-export operations in EPEs
- Accept high pressure, diligence and OT
- Energetic and initiative with problem solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese language
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word
