Main Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for executing change management on projects, ensuring all inputs are available and Manufacturing team is geared up for deployment including new innovations, product transfer, roll-outs, recipe changes and line extension with an agreed timeline
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Change Management
- Act as a point of contact for Technology inputs for various teams to ensure full alignment to the technology program.
Innovation Projects:
- Evaluate the impact of change as a result of projects and develop the appropriate process including mechanisms, safety procedures and training of operators.
- Drive innovation excellence on time in full in coordination with R&D, QA, Safety, planning and engineering team.
- Monitor the installation and commissioning of plant equipment and write up Operating Manuals and conducts initial training of operators.
Plant Trial: 
- Propose and receive approval for formulation changes.
- Conduct plant scale trials to determine the effect of the change on capacity, quality and efficiencies.
- Manage formulation changes and timings by coordinating with Planning, Production, QA, Engineering and R&D
- Ensure that systems are updated to reflect the formulation changes 
- Ensure effective transition from project into mass production after “GO-AHEAD” gate to ensure the full-scale production is accepted.
Factory Support:
- Identifies recurring production process problems and develop trouble shooting routines for the Production Department.
- Propose operating instructions for plant operators and train the departmental trainers and operators in the use of modified plant processes.
- Conduct Process Optimization by identifying areas of improvement and recommend change in processes
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics , Automation, Industrial Power, Industrial Maintenance and relevant background. 
- Prefer candidates with relevant experience.
- Change Management, Project Management
- Good at communication & ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders
- Good command of read, written and spoken English
