R&D Engineer (Kỹ sư nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm/kỹ sư cơ khí)

1. Conduct product development and engineering work for Asian and global markets through a Stage Gate process. Finalize product concepts, prepare technical specification sheets, product test plans, cost analysis, conduct product-tests, lead their certification processes and update internal test standards. 

2. Prepare drawings of 2D, 3D drawings. 

3. Facilitate meetings, prepare documents, plan engineering related tasks

4. Test our new products and competitor products to report competitive analysis. Conduct cost benchmarking studies to reduce our product cost

5. Provide timely support to the commercial team about product information inquiries and quality complaints

- Shuttle bus daily from Da Nang

- Total bonus: 4 months ~ 5 months/year (on Lunar New Year, 30-04, 2-9, and New Year holidays)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of product development.
