CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS
We are looking for a candidate who will take charge of controlling components for production with the main tasks as below:
1. Materials plan
- Control assigned materials for production (Create, edit, cancel in-out PO as required by SAP system) closely following Production plan.
- Daily control assigned inventory level sufficient for production prevent excess or shortages of component.
- Closing with Purchasing team/ Sales team to handle list of shortage or extra components to meet FG loading plan.
2. Inventory Managment
- Monitor and process daily actual inventory and system inventory as well as actual production data and system
3. Other tasks
- Prepare documents and participate in internal and external audits on ISO System (1-2 times/year)
- Other duties as assigned

• University graduated
• Have 1-2 years working experience
• Have experience in using SAP and knowledge of material management is advantage
• Good at MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Intermediate English (Reading & Writing)
• Have logical thinking, good communication skill, good problem-solving skill and time management skill
