• To attend the training course, do researches, practice the processes.
• From 2 to 6 months of customized development track with rotation in different departments (HR, Customer Service – Planning, QA, Technical, Continuous Improvement and Production).
• Upon finishing the training course, the company will evaluate MTs based-on the aspiration, ability and qualification of each graduate to assign the job accordingly.

• University graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
• Good presentation & communication skills
• English fluency and computer literacy
