• Act as the main Personal IN Charge (P.I.C) and manage all the shipment processes of Fuji Xerox (FXHP) , one of the largest Japanese companies in printer machine production industry , and other customers. • Provide shipment status and notify customers on time of any delays regarding arrival, delivery and dispatch of shipment • Work under pressure by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each account serviced and in all the operational processes to complete import and export shipment. • Manage customer relationship; customer requirements; feedback and complains in assigned accounts. • Co-ordinate with overseas offices, agents and vendor to ensure shipments on time for assigned accounts. • Negotiate and ensure all pricing information is accurate before any shipments.
