Report to: Director The main duty: Responsible for executing all day to day operating activities of the Warehouse. Immediately report to Director all problems concern Warehouse and Logistics scopes. • Assessing the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans • Receives and inspects all incoming materials, goods, machines, Chemical… and reconciles with packing list, orders; processes and distributes supporting document with packing list, orders; report, document and tracks damages and discrepancies on order received. • Issues materials, goods, machines, … and reconciles with approved materials, goods,… requisition. • Maintaining quality and quantity in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the Director. • The FIFO, LIFO, FEFO management. • Updating inventory information on sharing folder timely. • Inform in an immediate basis when material requested is no more available in stock; and/ or reached alarm point. • Responsible for quality control. No damaged goods are sent out. No damaged material is accepted in. • Complete daily logs. • Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, work instructions and standards established by the company. And work is within the department objectives, procedure, work instructions and quality management systems. • Checking all procedures and necessary steps for loading goods • Loading and unloading of goods, supplies must ensuring proper controlling of the same. • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area. • Proper packing, labeling or tagging of the inventory in the warehouse. • Conducting cycle counts of inventory and managing item card registers. • Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors. • Being ready to join training courses for improving knowledge and skill… as company’s requirement • Plan training schedules for subordinates about safety, first aid, fire prevention and fighting,… • Working in accord with all safety regulations, fire prevention and fire fighting regulation of the warehouse. • Management of service contractors: Transportation, loading and unloading, ... • Coordinating work with other team members and other department staffs, workers., to ensure loading goods smoothly.

Report to: Manager The main duty: To be in charge of finished goods • Check finished goods receipt and issued voucher • Update data into SAP system on time • Actual quantities Inventory and compare with quantities on SAP system • Report of stock in-out every day • Follow and alarm to make sure deliver finished goods to customers. • The FIFO management. • Guide staff to arrange goods scientific: as item, customers, receipt date… • Manage warehouse operation & warehouse human resources. • Make SOP for Logistics process • Organizing training for staff about safety, first aid, fire prevention and fighting, … • Work with contractor: Transportation, loading and unloading,… and the contractor's KPI evaluation • Immediately report to Manager all problems that concern to store • Arrange and monitor manpower for loading and unloading (Contractors) • Coordinate with Accounting dept to check warehouse inventory at the end of the month. • Ensure warehouse reports (weekly & monthly) submitted on time. • Other job as requirement of superior

Report to: Manager The main duty: To be in charge receive and issue goods • Receive goods: Check actual quantity with PO, delivery voucher. Arrange goods of the item, project, requester. Contact QC, requester for check information of goods and sign in PO. Follow and complete PO then update on SAP system. Enter data in Ms Excel and control. • Issue goods: Check description of goods, size, quantity on requirement voucher and stock file. Then issue goods for requester. Enter data in Ms Excel, SAP system and control. • Arrange storage: Item, size, project… • Every month inventory and compare with quantity of accounting • Ensure that all safety regulations were being followed. • Daily report/ Weekly report/ Monthly report.
