Understand the importance of chemical safety management in input, using, storing and output
Understand risk of chemical to people, environment and manufacturing active of factory
Manage the compliance according to Legal and Customer for factory environmental protection
Develop chemical system to step by step drive to Sustainability Environment
Establishing a well-designed and robust tracking system to regularly check the suppliers at a frequency that results in rapid and timely identification of problems.
Consult and support to improve the non-compliance issues
Update and implement the legal requirements about hazardous material management
Update and implement Nike CLS requirements about hazardous material management
Build and update procedure, flowchart for hazardous material, storage tank, PCB, RSL
Do risk assessment with all items related to hazardous material, storage tanks, PCB and RSL
Build up and update MSDS when there have change from suppliers
Build up and conduct the chemical spill response action plan annually
Handle the reports related to chemical for Government
Elevate hazardous material management by use tracking system in Factory
Be consultant for all legal and Nike standards on Hazardous waste for all dept
Co-ordinate with related Departments set up plan and evaluate supplier that provide chemical and material to Ching Luh
