Successful CANDIDATE will provides one full-time inspector working at Anam Factory- Is our supplier.The inspector need to onsite perform 100% source inspection (as defined in Section B) for all Harman products produced at Anam Factory per Harman inspection criteria.
1. Sampling plan: Full inspection (products need to be 100% inspected)
2. Inspection procedures:
2.1 Packaging integration check :Packaging check includes checking serial number format, label contents, barcode scanning, accessories and printing quality…etc.
2.2 Product cosmetic check: Cosmetic check includes checking all surfaces of the product under required light conditions. Defects judgment needs to follow Harman visual inspection criteria level #2 (High End)
2.3 Product functional check: Functional check includes sine sweeping test and air leak test per specified test conditions of each model
3. Following up the analysis of the defects detected in source inspection and monitoring corrective actions implementation
4. Verifying Change Request (if any) implementation and reporting status to Harman SQE for reference
5. Reporting:
5.1 Daily Source Inspection Report: Provide daily source inspection report of each shipment with photos to Harman SQE for review per Harman specified report format
5.2 Monthly Source Inspection Report: Consolidating monthly source inspection data and summarizing the corrective actions implement status for the failures detected in monthly source inspection to Harman SQE for review at the end of each month

- At least 2 years QC experience
- Familiar with audio products
- English or Chinese spoken ability with good communication skills
- University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
