Mô tả công việc
1. Set up Quality Strategy based on core business plan from every Customer in 3 manufacturing plant.
2. Develop, implement, manage and integrate a QMS for End to End (E2E) manufacturing processes.
3. Design a training plan to build up Right First Time (RFT) Quality mindset to all workers in all levels.
4. Set up a yearly Internal Quality Audit plan.
5. Lead Customer’s Quality activities and projects .
6. Monitor QA Manager’s Core KPI’s and agreed on improvement plan for failed KPI’s.
7. Design a Quality Manual that will integrate all quality requirements and procedures of all A1A Customers.
8. Develop and implement metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring system effectiveness and to enable managers to make product quality decisions.
9. Design a quality system that will analyze statistical data to predict trends that will affect improvement of product quality.
10. Work with Supply Chain Dept. on Vendor Performance. Meet with Vendor with poor performance and agreed on action plans monitored on a monthly basis.
11. Design a Certification Program that will certify good performing Sewing Lines.
12. Design an Incentive Program that will motivate Quality Team in performing their job responsibilities properly and on-time.
13. Work with good performing Vendors on ZERO Fabric Inspection Project.
14. Other responsibilities assigned by Operations Director.
