Mô tả công việc
- Setting up daily and weekly production plan based on the master production plan to align with the production plan issued by the head office
- Issue production plan sheet and update the production status daily to find out the problem and issue solution on time
- Control the Capacity/Resource to meet the daily, weekly and monthly production schedule
- Follow and control the daily production activities to meet the daily plan
- Co-operate closely with Production Department and related Department to launch new products
- Work with Purchase Department for timely materials availability to meet the production plans
- Work together with Warehouse to checking and confirming the current stock being produced for setting up the safety stock and proper production schedule
- Combine with Production Department and Machinery Department about Capacity/Resource improvement to ensure the production plans meet with optimal utilization of capacity
- Check the quantity of material in the warehouse and incoming material to make sure that we have enough material for current and ongoing plan

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated University (major: Economic, Business Administration, Accounting)
- Strong skills in English, speaking Korean is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same production planning position, experience in manufacturing company is an advantage
- Hard working, enthusiastic
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Must be able to work independent as well in a team
- Have sense of responsibility
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good PC skills, MS office skills
