Mô tả công việc
- Follow up all oversea equipment & materials contract, update delivery schedule & progress to related departments.
- Check shipping documents and provide related documents to broker party
- Coodinate and solve any problem arisen in connection with importation procedure
- Request payment for import duty and VAT tax per shipment and report total Import tax amount requested per month.
- Arrange transportation and unloading at site.
- Collect and check debit note and vat invoice for customs clearance and transportation service after delivery
- Make receipt into ERP system after finishing delivery.
- Key-in bill of lading information into ERP system.
- Make report of goods in transit every month.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Having at least 03 year experiences in logistics, export & import.
- Having knowledge of customs clearance and ERP system
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills (both English & Vietnamese)
- Being careful, flexible and detailed working.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
