- Filling daily record/report forms of HACCP

Chuẩn bị báo cáo định kỳ về HACCAP

- Arrange HACCP/organic practices in preparation for audits and corrective actions after audits

Sắp xếp hố sơ HACCP/organic để chuẩn bị cho kiểm toán

- Liaise with Control Union for issues related to HACCP & Organic certificate matters

Liên lạc với ban kiểm soát những vấn đề về chứng chỉ HACCP và Organic

- Liaise with related local/governmental authority/agencies for issues in concern with regulated practices (such as labor safety training, worker medical check, etc.)

Liên lạc với các cơ quan ban ngành địa phương về các quy trình, quy định như: huấn luyện vệ sinh an toàn lao động, khám sức khỏe định kỳ...

- Welcoming visitors and prepare weekly visitor reports

Đón các đoàn khách và chuẩn bị báo cáo..

- Order packing materials, label stickers; keep track of input &out put, and update inventory record

Đăt hàng các nhãn hiệu, đăng ký nhãn hiệu..

Công ty TNHH Liên Doanh Organik Đà Lạt (Organik Đà Lạt) More and more people are getting concerned about the quality of the food they eat. While labels are being read in all processed and packaged food items, it is difficult for people to know about fresh products like vegetables. Organik is the first EU certified organic farm in Vietnam and our vegetables carry the EU certification as well as the HACCP certification logos. Recently, we received our USDA Organic certification. These certifications vouch for the quality of the products from our farm in Dalat and our HACCP certification vouches for the processes by which we handle the products after harvest. Dr Hung oversees the choosing and growing the Organik vegetables. He makes sure that the farm is sustained in a way that no harmful chemicals touch the products. “Organic farming aims to sustain and enhance the health of ecosystems and organisms from the smallest in the soil to human beings” (Wikipedia). The farm practices crop rotation wherein not the same crop is planted in the same plot. Instead, crops are rotated to ensure that helpful bugs and pests are managed and to ensure that the quality of the soil remains healthy. Take for example this field of romaine lettuce. Certain pests love to live in lettuce and so after harvesting this lettuce we’ll plant our lettuce somewhere else. By rotating the crop in this way we control the bugs without using chemicals. The farm also practices the making and using of our own compost. Compost, also known as brown manure, is decomposed organic materials. Basically, nothing is wasted in the organic farm. If there are any vegetables that are too ripe or from the cuttings, these are all converted into food for the plants in our fields. The farm also believes in “flower power”. We grow flowers along the sides of our greenhouses. These flowers are edible. They are often used as garnishing. They also help control the pests in the farm. Believe it or not some nasty insects are NOT attracted to flowers. We love that. It means that instead of using harmful chemicals we can use beautiful useful flowers.
