Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure all statuory and company safety and quality standard are implemented and applied to the planned work.
2. Develop and manage the reliability maintenance plans, on a rolling annual basis, for all disciplines within the Reliability function at Vietnam plant.
3. Utilise the full functionality of the Maintenance Software Package for the administration of all planning activities
4. Develop single cycle plans and one off solutions to reliability issues by reviewing performance data in the Maintenance Software Package.
5. Discuss and agree with Key Stakeholders the maintenance work that will be included in the weekly maintenance plans.
6. Lead the weekly pre-planning meetings within the Reliability function team members to discuss, agree, produce and publish weekly maintenance plans.
7. Provide leadership on the Maintenance Software Package including providing training and technical support to site users.
8. Identify item code for new trial material; Leader for control aging stock of plant,
List down the bill of material of preventive maintenance and cost control support, and budget plan support.
