- Detected problems with equipment
- Understood structure and function of machinery in order to detect abnormalities.
- Coordinate and follow up with Engineering team, Line Technicians and Operators for maintenance.
Managed production to run as per plan/high quality products
Maximized yields and with high quality product:
- Understand the range within which the static and dynamic precision of machinery must be maintained, and check these
- Understand the relationship between machinery and quality characteristics
- Understand the root causes of quality defects Failures/ problems/ deviations investigated and root causes identified, verified and corrective action taken according to procedures.
Managed production to run as per plan / Managed & Developed staffs
Manage people to operate production line
- On-going, informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required.
- Leave schedules and processes conducted according to policy
Optimised line efficiency:

- Two years experience in similar position preferably with FMCG. Packaging environment.
- College, University Graduated in Engineering or Applied Science/Food technology
- Knowledge of creativity techniques to stimulate new business ideas within the organistion.
- Good Leadership quality
- Strong communication skills.
- Plan, manage and assign work.
- Can apply problem solving methods in a range of situations.
- Can write a clear report motivating recommendations for actions to deal with particular problems.
- Problem solving techniques relevant to immediate problem solving on a daily basis.
