Major Responsibilities And Authority:
（1）A clear understanding of operating the line procedure for various plating processes and related work station maintenance.
（2）Participate in process improvement, review the defective product and develop improvement countermeasures, develop new project in plating line
（3）Training the operator, Supervise operator according to the work instructions operation, ensure the quality of the product.
（4）For on-line quality inspection, Online appearance inspection, the binding adhesion test, the thickness of the examination, hot water aging.
（5）Effective cost control abnormal quality and production efficiency.
（6）Working instruction supervision in accordance with the safety in production.
(7) Assist to write working instruction for plating line to founding ISO9001.ISO14001

Yêu cầu công việc
-At least 1 years of experience in electroless plating such as electroless copper, nickel and gold is preferred.
-Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
(1) Fluent written and oral English is preferred;
(2) Observe various regulations, environment, safety at work
(3) Team spirit, good communication skills, Obey company arrangement, good working attitude.
(4) Ability to lead the operators to running production
-Education:
University graduated, major in chemical
