*Purpose / Mục đích:
•This position is responsible for ensuring of internal control system, production quality management, Quantity management, material management, tools management, training & development operation effectively and smart.
•Providing general direction and supervision to the production team to run the business well; Ensures Production function in the achievement of specific objectives set for the company.
•To ensure relevant production planning master, quality master and shipment master / supports as a total in the whole factory in meeting set key performance indicators for Production.

*Place to work (Nơi làm việc) / At factory ST (Tại nhà máy Dewberry ST)

Mission:
•Will take care of :
-Improve the production expenses :
Increase of Productivity of direct workers
Decrease of production management staff
Analyze and reduce non quality costs
Improvement of Maintenance cost
-Respect of planning
-Organize training for new workers
oIncrease of the level of quality > work with customer (AT factory)
-Change the mindset of production staff + bring good working atmosphere

Reporting and monitoring by/ Báo cáo và giám sát: Plant Director/ Giám đốc Nhà máy

* Working time & Salalary / Thời gian làm việc & Lương bổng:
•Working time: 8 hours / day / Thời gian làm việc 8 tiếng / ngày
•Working location/ Nơi làm viêc: Bình Dương
•Salary (Lương): Discussion salary base on the abilities and skills.
•Lương thỏa thuận, phù thuộc vào khả năng và năng lực.
•At least 10 year’s experience in furniture industry as production manager
•Excellent skills in excel
•Perfect English oral and written
•Vietnamese only
•Male
•30 - 50 years old
Yêu cầu công việc
-Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six sigma, Kaizen, 6S
-Good in quality control procedures, TQM
-Strong experience in KPI for Production department
-Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques
-Solid background in professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Production
-Budgeting and cost control
-Strong pro-active, details
-Overall knowledge in factory quality
-Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
-To be willing to travel if necessary.
-Good organization & planning skill, leadership skill
-Good interpersonal /intercultural skills

-Good communication, negotiation and project management,
-Conceptual thinking, but strong action and results oriented
-Think globally and act locally
-Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill

-Vietnamese with University Degree in related and Master is preferred.
-This position must speak, listen and write perfect English with Foreigner (American)
-Professional production management
-Have a good of knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
-Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
