Mô tả công việc
- Receiving the Purchase Request from all dept. Order materials/goods based on the requests from other departments after having the approval of the General Director.
- Guarantee that all the goods be delivered on time (DOT) and enough, analyze the causes of delay and find out solutions in case the suppliers deliver the goods behind schedule.
- Finding and searching potential material manufacturers, suppliers
- Evaluate manufacturers and suppliers and make purchasing suggestion in terms of price, quality, delivery, after sales service of manufacturers, suppliers; Make price comparison table after receiving all quotations from suppliers and negotiate with the supplier who have the lowest price and quality up to our standard in order to to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms (best value for money and time).
- Prepare and issue Purchase Agreement (P/A), Purchase Order (P/O) with vendors, suppliers and follow up until they are fully completed.
- Always look for alternative suppliers with better quality and lower price in order to reduce cost.
- Collect, update the information of new suppliers on the list of current ones.
- Prepare documents in order to make application for payment for suppliers, vendors as regulations.
- Prepare import-export customs documents to do import-export custom clearance and make liquidation and tax refund.
- Make Purchase Order, Commercial Invoice and Packing list for exported goods
- Make and control delivery schedule. Work with warehouses to arrange space and receiving plan
- Make daily, monthly report for Manager, Board of Director such as weekly purchase order status and monthly cost-down report, etc.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Manager.

- University graduate
- At least 3 year experience working in the same position in manufacturing company.
- Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Natural aptitude to establish good relationships, negotiation skill and good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Reliable, honesty
