- Reporting increase or decrease related to social insurance, unemployment insurance , ensuring that employees are entitled to full rights of social insurance, unemployment insurance .
- Implement procedures for social insurance books when workers resigned.
- Registration ATM procedures for employees.
- Report and monitor meal voucher for workers.
-Following the Daily attendance sheet.
- Calculate monthly salary for Vietnamese employees and expatriate employees.
- Calculate salary for resigned employees.
- Following overtime of driver.
- Following the meal allowance of night shift for workers.
- Following the personnel action form due to transfer job.
- Make daily attendance and over time report .
- Do other jobs as assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma degree and over, major in accounting, Human resources, administration, wage labor.
- At least one year working experience with payroll job and social insurance job for foreign company.
- Excellent in word, excel skill.
- Good in English spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Social, health, unemployment insurance, labor code.
- Careful, honest, confidential, accurate.
