Mô tả công việc
- Receive purchase requisitions from other depts
- Make the purchase orders
- Get approval signature for purchase orders
- Follow up goods receiving
- Make weekly report and monthly report
- Make purchase order for wax, carton, aluminum cup in Vietnam timely, correct type and quantity
- Update and negotiate the price and make cost down monthly
- Make sure right delivery time and quality as MC, Planning and other depts requested
- Check, update and feedback the quality of goods to the supplier in time
- Update and report material status weekly to Planning dept
- Update the price for each order to Finance dept monthly
- Track the sampling order for Sale dept in time
- Check the declared contract at the end of the month and send to Shipping department
- Complete the payment at the end of the month
- Make weekly quality assessment, delivery assesment for Purchasing manager
- Complete the annual supplier evaluation in schedule
