Mô tả công việc
- Calculate working hours, OT for all staff
- Calculate salary for worker
- Execute arrangements related to the social insurance management for employees (except Management Team) (opening & closing of the social insurance book, social insurance registration/claim, renewal & return of the Health Insurance Card) to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Prepare and update reports & statistics (monthly report for Social Insurance office, monthly Social Insurance Claims, Monthly report to Immigration Office/Police of Dong Nai regarding expat labor, etc.) to have the information for decision making.
- Execute all employment requirements for employees (except Management team) such as labor contract, decision, POA, staff transfer, promotion...
- Supervise and keep track the implementation of benefit policies
- Record and keep track annual leave
- Follow up all administrative activities

Yêu cầu công việc
* Education Required
- University degree
* Experience Required
- At least 2 years at C&B and Social Insurance Report
- Familiar with TS24 Professional
- Hands-on experience on salary calculation and PIT calculation
* Knowledge Required
- Laws: Labor, Social Insurance, Health Insurance
- English: good
- MS office (Excel, Word, PP)
- Supervise and keep track the implementation of benefit policies
