Mô tả công việc
- Follow order and production schedule to ensure on time in full.
- Master in keep account customer develop & management. Focus on volume every month to ensure hit the key objectives.
- Create close relationship with potential and key customers
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Provide timeline, accurate, competitive pricing on all potential customers, and strive to maintain maximum profit margin
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Approach existing customers as well as potential customers, understand their organizational structure, type of products, their market, their plans…to take orders from them
- Manage and operate all sales activities
- Plan, organize, guide and control sales staff to meet the proposed objectives
- Monitor each salesman’s performance and compare it with that month’s objective
- Conduct regular sales meeting to review the performance of sales activities in each week
- Control all expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Work closely with accountant to understand company financial data which affects company’s profits
- Work closely with production to get on time on target Sales orders
- Make customer survey to see their responses on our quality, price, service

Yêu cầu công việc
- Can use ERP System
- Having experience working in an Korean electronics manufacturing company
- At least 5 year experiences
- A Bachelor degree in Electronics related field is preferred
- Fluent English speaking & writing
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability and a team player
- Knowledge in Planning in an ERP environment
- Preferred language: English
