Mô tả công việc
- Prepare for Issuing & managing all document in Quality Management System timely and in a right manner
- Ensure document & record control procedure are strictly followed
- Prepare document & schedule for internal audit
- Prepare document for ISO 9001 & 14001 annual assessment
- Arrange preparation for customer audit and strictly follow up with each department to achieve 100% pass the audit target from 1st time
- Analyze customer claim/complaint to find root cause and corrective/preventive action. Create NCR to follow up closely with all P.I.C
- Control internal defect, co-operate with production to reduce defect rate by creating NCR and summary/evaluate performance result regularly
- Co-operate with sales department to prepare internal customer specification and offical quality contract with the customer/supplier
- Other job which is assigned by higher level
