Mô tả công việc
Manage the performance junior & senior IE’s in line balancing time motion study, root cause analysis, WIP control and making machine layout.
Strategically supports the production people on how to achieve their target.
Ensure that the production system and procedures are properly set to achieve a maximum production performance in terms of quantity and good quality product.
Forecast machine requirement for the whole factory.
Conduct method standardization & work simplification.
Ensure smooth flow process of production in the coordination of production supervisor in order to meet shipping commitment and schedules
Monitor production performance in terms of efficiency, downtime, changeover & quality as well.
Initiate and implement continuous improvement/innovation and help to motivate people.
Coordinate with respective departments such as cutting, accessories, QA, finishing, merchandising and other departments wherein production is directly involved in solving problem/issues in the production area
Knowledgeable in all types of sewing machines needed in each operation.
Troubleshoots bottleneck operations ( root cause analysis) through line balancing and methods improvement and innovation.
Review production plan and make changeover plan and forecast all machine requirements and attachments every month
Coordinate & review OB (operation breakdown) with the GSD (General Sewing Data) department.
Control excessive WIP (work in process) & monitor the percentage of WFT ( wrong first time)
Initiate 6’s in the production area.
Ensure that the changeover of new style is within the target minutes
Assist & support every key project with regards to efficiency improvement from ME ( adidas Manufacturing Excellence and Communicate with the staff and management on the procedure of implementing the plans and the recommendations that they come up with.
Develop cost efficient processes in the engineering field.
Monitor the production flow of operation
Establish programs of work measurement in order to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines eg.changeover of new style is within the target minutes & efficiency,efficiency & taktime
Give recommendations on how to improve productivity.
Promote and educate lean concept in the organization
