Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and record journal entries.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments/receipt
- Review all invoices / contracts / PO for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment/receipt
- Reconciles monthly company credit card statements against expense reports
- Compiles amounts owed to customers, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals and arranges timely payment of debts owed.
- Communicates with Purchasing, Logistic, and customers/ suppliers to ensure accuracy of order reconciliation and inventory counts; follow up with vendors/ suppliers calling for payment and collaborating with internal staff to ensure AP, AR gets all invoices.
- Assist with month-end close process
- Assist with various accounting and financial projects as needed
- Other jobs that follow the Chief Accountant and Planning and Financing General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Has been working at least 4 years in AP/AR accountant field.
- Finance & Accounting University Degree.Fluently in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in M.S Office and Accounting, ERP (Oracle) system.
- Ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines;
- Working skills: honest, dynamic, scientifically minded and careful.
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Strong analytical and research skills;
