Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for leading, implementing, maintaining, updating and reporting effectively and smoothly all systems, regulations, projects, programs/ events in term of commercial security, safety and environment in order to ensure fulfilment all Heineken & VN Law requirements & expectations.
- Safety Culture & Behavioral Safety: Set-up, standardizes, implement, maintain & optimize all safety rules, standards & compliances for Commercial department. Lead, provide, support for other Safety officer at Sales section.
- Risk Assessment: Implement entirely all risk assessment methods for all relevant activities in Commercial Department
- Management of Safety Process & Systems: Ensure efficient execution of all security, safety & environment systems & procedures in the Commercial department
- Accident Investigation: Be in charge for the near miss, incident, accident processes. Updating ARISO system and make report to legal, HEINEKEN as requested.
- Safety Training, Coaching & Mentoring: Provide and execute Alert-Driving program for the assigned employees. Lead the implementation of E-learning training for all employees, contractors. Collaborate and support training for contractor. Lead, collaborate and support the training related to fire safety. Be in charge for other safety training required from Heineken and Opco Safety. Attend other trainings from Heineken, Opco safety if required
- Stakeholder Management: Establish, maintain the positive relationships with external & internal stake holders (if any). Utilize, involve all parties in safe management.
- Safety culture & behavioral: Engage people in a way that is always positive. Lead and provide support for the implementation of Life Saving Rules to Commercial Department.
- Auditing Tracking & Reporting: Perform and manage audits & inspections, making use of facts & evidence and issuing recommendations. Collect, report, analyze, monitor and consolidate all security, safety & environment performance data in a timely & accurate way. Manage & follow up security, safety & environment KPIs of the Commercial department
- Cost management: Plan & control the budget of security, safety & environment in the Commercial department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of SSE rules, standards & compliance of VN Law, Industrial safety.
- Knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools is preferable.
- 3~4 years of working experience in safety, security and environment. Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards is preferable.
- Possess effective leadership, communication, coaching & training interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Conversant in spoken and written English. Innovative initiative. Good presentation skills.
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Educated & trained in security management are preferable
