1. Automation maintenance:
- Backup PLC, SCADA follow schedule
- Check PLC, SCADA, Network, and other automation equipments.
- Do routine maintenance on automation system such as change battery, checking network.
- Control list of spare part of PLC, input/output (I/O) card, industrial network
- Checking safety critical instrument (SCI) with electrical & production team
- Program to modify PLC, SCADA program, or adding new equipment to exist automation system such as sensor, inverter, power meter
- Check program and commissioning for new project
- Programming for reporting system such as production shift report, daily report, and operator event log.
- Design new automation configuration, electrical control drawing.
- Make new I/O list when add new equipments, update exist I/O.
- Work with production team to update P&ID drawing.
- Perform I/O test, automation function test when commissioning new project.
- Troubleshoot system when something wrong.
- Check history to show operating data after have problem in plant such as shutdown, incident.
- Analysis data such as trend, alarm to fix problem, reporting, improving.
- Tuning PID controller for smoothing process.
- Adjust alarm point, modify operating interlock for more safety, and increase efficiency of production line

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree, majoring in automation
- At least 3 years experience in automation maintenance or automation project.
- Good in English skill,
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office,
- Ability to programming PLC, SCADA, setting inverter, soft starter, industrial communication such as Profibus, Modbus, industrial Ethernet
- Familiar with PLC Siemens S7-200 / S7-300 / S7-500 / S7-1200; PLC Schneider Quantum / Momentum.
- Ability to checking, calibration instruments.
- Self motivated, careful and honest.
- Have an excellent knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, as well as technology in general. A strong sense of responsibility is highly valued in the profession.
- Good at analysis and problem solving, and adapt and learn skill;
- Other skills as: Lead for performance; Change and Innovation; Ability to work under high pressure.

Bunge Vietnam has commenced construction within the Phu My Port complex of a $100 million integrated soybean processing plant, the first of its kind in Vietnam. When fully completed, the facility will have soybean crushing and multi-oil refining/bottling capabilities. The first phase of the two-part project includes assembling a 3000-tons-per-day crushing line with related flat and vertical storage for raw materials and end products. These operations are scheduled to begin production in early 2011. The new plant will be located on ten hectares within the Phu My 1 Industrial zone in the Tan Thanh district, approximately 70 kilometers southeast of Ho Chi Minh City on the Thi Vai River. The site is adjacent to the Baria Serece Phu My Port in which Bunge shares ownership. The rapidly developing area houses significant feed milling and oil refining operations that form the foundation of the plant's prospective customer base.
