Mô tả công việc
* Develops ERP strategy by identifying key business and operations drivers regarding growth, profitability, and product and service development; diagnosing and mapping current and work processes;
* Support & provide solution for all ERP modules.
*Optimize use of the ERP platform to complement and enhance the business
* Develop documentation and provide individual and group training on all aspects of using the ERP system..
* Provide technical solution to support business
* Work with key ERP process Owners, such as project management, pricing, CRM, Accounting and HR functions to ensure each area is utilizing the ERP solution appropriately.
* Work with IT Solutions in administering the ERP system and planning work flows and other advanced IT requirements for the system.
* Additional responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Deltek or similar ERP System AND/OR accounting, payroll, HR and project management software
- Minimum of 7 years of experience on IT, At least 3 years in ERP, CRM, MRP Implementation, preferred in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Business Analysis.
- Analysis and problem solving, trouble shooting skill.
- English language is a must.
- Leadership: Analytical Thinking, Deliver Results, Decision Making (Timely), Process Management, Self Development
- Willing to learn and good working attitudes.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Application

- Organized, tidy, efficient and meticulous
