Mô tả công việc
- Working time: Monday to Friday
- Working location: r-pac Vietnam Office, No. 46, 8A Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCMC.
1. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volume for Korean vendors; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customer for all product lines.
2. Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
3. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
economic indicators, and competitors.
4. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply &demand.
5. Maintain and build relationship with Korean vendors.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
7. Prepare annual sales budget and make sure the certain growth in business
8. Able to speak Chinese is an advantage

Yêu cầu công việc
1.Korean native speaker with 2 year experience at relevant positions. Prefer candidates with experience in label printing industry.
2. Good command of English is a must.
3. Able to manage, motivate, train and develop self, team and factories to achieve
excellent quality standards throughout the production process
4. A Problem solver, dealing with practical and people problems
5. Experienced with pre-production and production fit approval requirements
6. Ability to make commercial decisions on quality and appearance
