Mô tả công việc
- To monitor, ensure and suggest recommendations in reducing energy, water footprint and impacts to ecosystem. Implementing and developing waste management systems while improving the overall biodiversity. Providing internal and external parties with awareness on sustainable manufacturing to meet company objectives while handling external visits and carrying out special sustainability projects.
- Ensuring all employees are educated effectively on Environmental Sustainability. Conducting training programs, placing notice board posters, awareness banners…
- Implement and sustain organization wide projects (e.g. Water Neutral, Biodiversity Conservation, waste reduction, energy reduction etc.) as a member of the environmental sustainability executive.
- Conduct surveillance audits and facilitate the all audits related to environmental sustainability. Also coordinating with auditors and initiating action plans by liaising with other departments, ensuring the continuous maintenance of the stipulated standards within the factory.
- Handling all visits to the factory and provide them with sustainability awareness, information regarding the factory and factory tour. Conduct sustainability awareness programs for internal staff.
- Ensure the Environment related documentation / filing in order to facilitate the successful conduct of periodic audits with regard to Social Compliance, Safety, health & Environment. Also managing the Sustainability budget.
- Managing ISO14001 certification, ISO 14064 certification (2014). Budget monitoring, availability of records, timeliness and accuracy
- Monitoring Energy, Water and Waste records in orders to take decision to manage better. And conduct periodical review / status updates to managements on the status.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (Preferably Engineering / environmental sustainability);
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience including exposure to Sustainability implementation / Good Project Management skills; having experience in Manufacturing Company, special in Garment Factory would be an advantage.
- Good command in English;
- Analytical, Good communication and Interpersonal skill;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Methodical and responsiveness.
