Mô tả công việc
- Understanding and supply requirements (demand, availability, quality, time bound, cost impact).
- Executing purchase process as approved plan, including applying quota for imported goods if any to:
+ obey the relevant regulations.
+ assure timely and stable supply of materials/ services at required quality level.
+ make sure the implementation following the aimed targets; solving problems if any.
- Sourcing supply. Together with superior, screen and verify / validating the sources based on
regulations and cooperation of relevant sections.
- Negotiating, preparing contract or reviewing contract to get best conditions.
- Evaluating the perfomance of suppliers. Instructing suppliers to improve
their qualities and services for meeting our requirements.
- Reporting periodically; based on that together with superior, trying to find out the risks and root
causes of problems and obstacles for improvement.
- Participating into corporate activities with other sections such as review, audit, supplier visitation…

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Economics/Foreign Trade/Business Administration
- Knowledge of customs and government regulations: import & export, taxes, commercial laws and economic contract; and merchandise.
- At least 3-year experience in transaction and trading, preferably with Purchasing experiences in foreign invested companies
- At least 02-year experience in Logistics or buying Logistics service
- Integrity, honest, cautious, scrupulous, straightforward, diligent
- Good communication/Interpersonal skills. Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- PC literacy (Word, Excel etc.)
