Mô tả công việc
- Achieve the plan given by planning department. This is the main duty.
- Skill allocation to relevant job
- Directly Responsible for the cut ship ratio.
- Maintain all type of SOP’s.
- Drive the team to all kind of SOP’s in place.
- Make sure line sample completion and submit to QA department for comments well before the PP meeting.
- Should be able to foresee unachievable plans and discuss with top management and rectify that.
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with planning department and top management.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Monitor product standards and give fuller co-operation to quality Assurance systems;
- Overseeing production processes
- Analyze the KPI’s of supervisors, APM’s and all understudies.
- Directly responsible for first 3 day output and quality.
- Supervising the work of junior staff and motivate a team of workers
- Organizing relevant training sessions
- Subjected all kind of poor performers to the HR department for disciplinary actions or counseling.

- Minimum 2 years experience
