Mô tả công việc
- Ensure garments movement within the facility in full complete lots.
- Hourly production monitoring, based on the real time capacity evaluated by Industrial Engineers.
- Close execution with T/Ls for hourly production movement based on provided plan.
- Review the rework with QA & Technicians and execute corrective action with running production to ensure in rework reduction.
- Ensure the recipe time & actual running time is same.
- Maintaining Laundry’s equipment such as: machines, PP booths, tools, etc… in well maintained condition.
- Time to time service and cleaning of machines happen. Execute with Mechanics.
- Responsible for shift/ day production target.
- Responsible for Right First Time production quality.
- Ensure all data tracking, reports, etc… are updated fully and accurately.
