Mô tả công việc
Will be the support role (direct report) to Head of FP&A and coorporate closely to Chief Accountant & Accounting team to perform key areas of responsibility as:
Focuses on managing a company's cash and liquidity
Involves managing cash flows, borrowing and lending, risk management
Involves managing financial instruments such as bonds, forex, currencies, and derivatives
Maintaining sufficient cash reserves and optimizing returns on investments
Capital management, asset safeguarding, legal compliance.
Treasury & Banking
Cashflow approval & working capital management
Review Cashflow forecast reports and propose weekly plan of AR collection, AP payment and Bank settlements/disbursements plan.
Lead weekly AR meetings and finalize weekly AR collection plan.
Negotiate with Procurement team and finalize weekly AP payment plan
Arrange with Banks and finalize settlement/disbursement plan
Recommend and control Inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
Bank liaison and structuring of debts
Negotiate on the terms of credit limit with Banks and monitor the implementation of the covenants.
Submit quarterly reports to Banks and clarify any variance to covenants.
Support the fund-raising initiatives, procedures and investor relationship.
Prepare investment teasers, valuation modeling and presentation.
Analyse financial scenarios.
Implement capital structure planning for a group of companies (shareholders, internal/external funding, bank arrangements and tax strategies)
Investment:
Lead the pre-investment M&A procedures (pitching, due diligence, negotation, execution, …)
Lead the post-investment M&A integrations
Compliance and risk management:
Implement any change of business licenses onto online platform
Managing a wide range of financial risks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk, which can be difficult to mitigate or manage effectively
People & System Management
Design and review financial and capital structure as well as balance sheet health-check.
Supervise, coach and develop team members to ensure effectiveness and accountability of treasury team.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelors’ degree in Account, Finance or related fields
At least 05 years' work experience in Accounting or Finance
In which 2-4 years’ work experience in General Accountant/Banking and Treasury Accountant and Tax role of manufacturing companies is a must
Advanced knowledge of Excel required
Excellent attention to detail (i.e. reconciliation, VAS)
