Mô tả công việc
I. Purpose:
The Senior Business Intelligence role leads data-driven initiatives to optimize business performance. This includes analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights, developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, and advising senior management on strategic decision-making. The role aims to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and provide a competitive edge for the organization.
II. Responsibilities and key activities:
- Create reports that describe the current status of the business, such as developing BI reports for BPOs (Business Process Owners) and creating standard reports for manager level users in other departments to use.
- Advise and recommend appropriate software systems, such as Office 365, MS Dynamic 365-Finance & Operation, MS Dynamic 365-Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources Management (HRM), MISA, and utilize the Power Automate app and PowerApps for process automation.
- Educate users about newly developed tools, such as Power Platform and Office 365.
- Coordinate with Finance Planning & Accounting Analyst to detect data issues and provide correction methods for data governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a market research platform and create analysis reports as needed for the sales team.
III. Working conditions:
- Working time: 48 working hours/week (required 30% office in BD, 50% in HCM, 20% WFH)
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh and Binh Duong office, WFH.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, certifications or advanced distinctions are preferred.
Required skill sets:
