Closely work with MT Team, Partners to discuss, share & create Trade Promotion for MT Channel
Fully comply with BOD directions & strategies to meet set objectives
Well know about MT Trading Terms for planning, implementing promotion plan per suitable accounts and channel (including MT channel, Online, CVS)
Budget, deploy and manage in-store merchandise, display, retail activation, trade show, promotion POSM to drive sales
Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches for MT
Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key accounts.
Gather, analyze and interpret market information by executing market research, constant monitoring of market/segment developments, structuring internal and external data to offering opinions and advice to company management.
Data analysis per accounts’ performance
Report and post-campaign evaluation.
Well follow through to steer trade MKT activities to ensure quality execution & better results.
Support Trade Team with other Projects related to responsibilities if any.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
Experience: At least 3 years working in the same position & 5 years working for FMCG. Have experience developing the market new.
Language: English Advanced.
Priority to candidates who have a relationship with supermarket channels, ecommerce.
Trained courses: Good at computing skills, email, internet, online shopping, business English.
Skills: International sales skill, Strong communication skills dealing with customers, Good organization skills. Able to work independently and in team.
