Mô tả công việc
1. Software system:
- Understand the software system the company is operating
• Customer care software
• Web ordering
• Web of information
- Fix errors caused by technical problems
- Edit existing report
- Work with head quarter and service provider to develop new functions or new software projects
- Control the works of the current software maintenance service provider
2. Network system. Hardware:
- Control the works of provides providing on hardware and network services
- Coordinate with IT of Head quarter to fix bugs, upgrade, develop related items
3. Information security:
- Coordinate with IT from head quarter to deploy, control and report policies related to information security
- Backup data, software source code to the storage system
4. Planning & audit:
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Conducting regular system audits
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
5. IT equipment:
- Manage quantity and configuration of PC and laptop
- Work with related departments to liquidate, buy new, upgrade, repair, renew electronic devices, software, domains, VPNs, network services

Yêu cầu công việc
- University, major in information technology
- Good in English, organization
- Responsible, hard working, reliable
- Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
- A thorough understanding of how the system/data (e.g. Anaplan, PowerBI, or SAP) connects to the data of the CRM system
- Participated in at least 2 large projects on design, operation, and development of CRM system
- Familiarity with ASP.NET framework and SQL servers
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
- Certification on Dynamics or Salesforce CRM systems is priority
- Basic understanding of the following sections:
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMware, or equivalent
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Backups, restores and recovery models
- At least 3 year experiences at the same works and be good in Korean is priority
