Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Gather data from primary and secondary sources, utilizing various research methodologies and tools.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and recommendations.
Develop market intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Business Analysis:
Assess business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Conduct business process analysis and modeling to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches through market intelligence.
Provide competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Monitor and report on industry news, competitor activities, and market developments.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to market intelligence and business analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc
3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or related roles, professional BA certificate is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in market research methodologies, business analysis techniques, and statistical tools.
Knowledge of primary and secondary research techniques and experience with research platforms and databases.
Familiarity with market intelligence tools, business analysis frameworks, and software (e.g., CRM systems, data visualization tools).
Skills/ Personalities:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the industry or market being analyzed is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
