Tender procurement process
Review and update the Tender Process & Procurement
Manage the Master file Standard Cost and update changing by benchmarking with market
Review purchase request
Review purchase quotation with master standard cost before management approval.
Checking purchase request with company process.
Check purchase quotation request with market price
Review and monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances.
Report cost management
Monthly report variance between standard and quotation.
Monthly review and analysis purchase quotation movements to ensure that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and clearly understood
Supervising a purchasing and delegating task across departments when necessary
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience with the same position.
Working experience is Retail or Construction industry is preferrable.
Technical skills: good at Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills: strong problem-solving skills to be able to identify and solve problems that arise during tender procurement process
