Mô tả công việc
- Design product quality process: specification, production process, release criteria, quality evaluation...
- Maintain QA/QC related data in ERP system and confirm process's actual data
- Edit and Maintain related standards
- Conduct customer technical service: visit customer, support customer for technical issue, investigate customer claims
- Conduct quality problem trouble shooting; and launch corrective/preventive action.
* Working place: CSVC Head office - BRVT
* Working time: Office hours (Mon-Fri)

Yêu cầu công việc
* Education/Certification:
- University degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Material Technology/ Chemical/ Industrial Engineering
* Knowledge/ Experience:
- Having good knowledge about ERP and material science will be an advantage.
- Having working experience in steel industry, laboratory will be preferred.
* Abilities and Skills:
- Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Being careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed oriented.
- Applies knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Internet-based activities.
- Chinese/Japanese skill is preferred.
