Mô tả công việc
- Receiving Order from Order Controller with Goods status (Subcon/COM1/COM2/Materials deadline) and confirm ship date to allocate to proper container.
- Making sure 1 item having many SO, must be allocated old SO to be first priority.
- Remark the “Must Ship” on each item individual for all items that must ship from CS Team request or first priority from previous container drop down.
- For US Customer, must check the JCDL report and arrange the negative stock must be first priority for container allocated.
- Work close with CS Team to confirm the ship date if the item on container is not match the confirm ship date. When CS Team confirms Customer accepted, changes confirm ship date and put on achievable container.
- Work close with CS Team about over book CBM of direct container, get confirmation from CS Team to fit the container loading list.
- Prepare Loading schedule 1month in advance and Goods loaded list for each container to inform relate departments (IM-EX, CS, WH) for next step (Booking, Over CBM of container load, holding container due to lacking CBM, etc…).
- Understanding item group depending on each customer required the Packing label or special require. (Standard; special; sample; Return; EDEN; Spare-part; JC No Logo; JCVN_01; DCM; Custom) to allocate to proper container.
- ODD quantity: for chair with packing 2 pcs per box, Shipping Planner has to check carefully on allocate to container. ODD quantity is only allowed to ship if last order or the Customer orders 1 pc.
- Making sure the item in FGW to be shipped not more than 9 months in FGW. All item stay in FGW over 9 months must be turned back to Carcass Division for checking before shipment.
- Sending Container loading list 3 days before loading date.
- Inform all related department (COM1/COM2/Carcass/PPC/CS) about changing container such as add more item due to urgent request by CS Team, Quality issue could not meet the loading date, etc…
- Arrange Container arrival date and time base on priority of Goods completed and container pull out time. Timeline of container arrival should be 8:00AM; 10:00AM and 13:00PM following loading capacity from Warehouse.
- Changing the loading date for the container that is hold or delay to ship, etc…
- Following the format to summary all container status to send to Import Export department to request container arrival and inform Warehouse to follow the loading.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated required.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years, preferably in furniture but other manufacturing industries considered.
- Good knowledge in Production Planning and knowing EXIM process.
- Previous experience of working in manufacturing company with over 1,000 employees, furniture industry is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about furniture making processes
- Good English communication.
- Good management skill (planning, organizing, Problem Solving, communication skill, negotiation skill and Continual Self-Learning)
- Professional working manner and attitude, confident.
- An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work.
- Reliable, accurate and hard working.
- Can work under high pressure
