Mô tả công việc
- Prepare legal documents for establishing registering or change the company's licenses
- Research and collect social, economic, political news, government Law/Circular/Agreement as well as case studies. Update new versions, make summary in advance and send to relevant departments.
- Liaise to government agencies to gain advices for administrator procedures.
- Review and check company internal regulations, contracts, business licenses and other legal documents
- Prepare and provide legal advice/opinion for company or department’s issues
- Assist General Manager in preparing for BOM and shareholders meeting
- Do other administrative works related to General Office Dept.
* Working time: Office Hours (Mon-Fri)

Yêu cầu công việc
* Academic requirement:
- Bachelor degree of legal affair, Foreign Languages, Human resource and related major
- Good knowledge of all Vietnamese Laws
- At least 1 years' experience in Law and Law consultant.
- Ability to read and analyze new law/agreement in both Vietnamese and English version
- English in 4 skills is a must, Chinese/Japanese is preferred
- Live in Ba ria Vung tau is preferred
- Good moral character, honest , careful, flexible, be able to work under high pressure
* Language requirement:
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 600 or equivalent).
- Chinese or Japanese is a plus
* Other Skills requirement:
- Good at troubles analysis and document processing and controlling
- Continuous Improvement, ability to work multi-task and team spirit, hardworking and be careful
