Thông tin cơ bản
• Manage and follow up to collect personal docs submitted by new hires or current associates in case missing document.
• Employee relation: catch up and follow up associates’ basic issues of document and sort it out as MP’s procedures and process.
• Supervise personal docs of all associates: double check and file docs in order in hard copies in cabinet and soft copies in service;
• To process SMUI reports and issues: obtain new MI card, social books closure. …for assignment projects
• Support project assignment from time to time at client site;
• Meeting with associates to settle issues / Periodical calling associates for catch up as assigned.
• Process reports in compliance with current regulations.
2. HR task
• Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing & staffing clients with junior levels.
• New hires process: prepare Offer Letter / Labor Contract, on-boarding procedures and docs
• Termination process: to collect docs for off-boarding procedures such as medical cards, off-boarding checklist, social insurance
• Adhoc payment as assigned and Service agreement
• Admin tasks: managing facilities as travel, car rent, telephone, internet, . . . of associates, process and manage gifts in events/public holiday, . . .
• Other admin support or assignment from Consultant Lead

Manage allocation of resources so that priority tasks are achieved.

Knowledge / Abilities Requirement:
- Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Communication — Talking to others to convey information effectively. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- Time Management — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Qualification Requirement :
• Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
• At least three years of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
• Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payrolls.
• Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
• Fluent English.
