Mô tả công việc
1. Environment & Safety (ES): Abide by the laws and regulations of ES. Ensure safe working environment and raise staff’s awareness about safety.
2. Apply VPO tools to participate in improvement activities in Quality Assurance activities.
3. Strictly follow labor safety regulations and good laboratory practices. Ensure staff’s ability and skill in operating machines and equipment.
4. Follow out the safety policy and procedure, assurance personal behavior achieve safety requirement; follow the environment policy, protect environment; follow the food safety legal, perform HACCP standard, avoid quality incident.
5. Ensure all analysis and test of material and finished products are complied with standards and requirement.
6. Strictly enforce VPO minimum sampling plan, analytical methods, calibration, to ensure timely and accurate analysis of samples and test results promptly enter QA laboratory data management system.
7. Responsible for the finished products, semi-finished products as well as some raw material, packaging material test results. Test results submitted as required to complete the entry and results reporting system. Ensure the accuracy of the results, submitted timely and investigation process anomalies.
8. Responsible for supplier quality audits and periodic assessments to assist Supplier Quality Improvement;
9. Involve to check compliance of the process quality monitoring (PQC) program to operate and packaging line production, whether the normal operation of the audit and testing equipment, and timely feedback audit results.
10. Maintain chemicals in good and safe condition. Ensure equipment and tools are in good condition
11. Attend plant and department’s 5S inspection and tracking the action-log. Ensure clean and tidy working environment, cleaning all kinds of laboratory equipment and testing sample store room.
12. To participate in testing in production line upon QA Supervisor’s request.
13. Reporting:
a. In case of any problems, it’s required to promptly report to QA Supervisor for immediate action.
b. Make reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
• College degree or above, major in brewing, chemistry, chemical, microbiology or food analysis
• Beer industry
• Over 1 years related work experience;
• Potential fresh candidate is accepted
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Basic skills in MS Office
• Fundamental analysis, judgment: the ability to analyze test results to determine whether normal, etc.
• Abilities of tracking, done , feedback;
• Strong abilities of communicating;
• Strong abilities of planning organizing;
• Strong responsibility sensor, can make a decision quickly in the important moment.
• Can endure high work pressure.
• Strong execute power, honesty, challenge self continuously
