- Manage and operate modern network systems (SDA/ SD-WAN/ DNA/ Wireless controllers/ WIPS...), on a large scale (more than 2,000 users) - Manage, maintain and operate Samsung R&D Center's data center with many types of on-premise/virtualized servers... with a scale of thousands of servers. - Perform periodic assessments of the status and operating conditions of network systems and data centers to ensure availability, security and redundancy. - Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot problems (if any) of the MPLS/Internet network system to ensure the availability and stability of the network system. - Support end users with issues related to network/server services/information security

- Manage, maintain and operate the company's and customers' cloud systems (private/public cloud). - Assess customers' current infrastructure status, design and advise customers in converting from on-premises systems to the cloud. - Support customers in assessing information security status, and provide suggestions/solutions to improve the situation. - Periodically evaluate the information security status of operating cloud systems. - Build and develop a set of security rules for data center operations in the organization. - Concurrently take on the role of Pre-sales support: Support the Sales team with technical issues of products related to information security during the process of convincing customers, deploying products, and maintaining them. - As one of the members of the Task Force (TF) team in building, designing and deploying information technology infrastructure, designing a set of information security rules for a new office of the company with regulations thousands of employees in Hanoi in 2021 * Outstanding achievements: - Promoted to Manager in 2021

- Leading IT Security team: is responsible for all IT Security-related work in the Samsung Electronics Vietnam factory. Assign workload to team members. Report directly to the IT director about IT Security status. - Ensures that information security policies, multi-year strategies, standards, procedures, and best practices are developed and communicated with Our client's IT Leadership - Support, deploy, manage, operate & maintain Samsung's security systems (PC management solution, encryption, printing, software licenses, antivirus, active directory....) with 20.000 clients. - Develop and execute data security architecture framework - Provide advisory and assess related risks and review IT activities including IT Governance, Information Security, Change Management, IT Operation and Business Continuity Plans for Samsung Electronics Vietnam (SEV) factory - Measure and enhance current security controls to comply with regulatory requirements, regional IT Security Policy and drive remediation of control gaps. - Regularly perform compliance assessment on regional policies, standards and drive remediation of control gaps. Provide reporting and metrics on the state of security ongoing and associated IT security risks. - Antivirus system management & operation + Control & configure Ahnlab Endpoint Security server, manage clients' update, patch management, deploy inhouse software for manufacture purpose, troubleshoot issues related to these servers/ services. + Malware Analysis: investigate cyber security incidents (APT ticket), find out the reason of incident & make countermeasures to avoid repeating issue. + Statistic & report malware detection status (quantity, ratio, trending...) of company to BOD (Board Of Directors) + General support about AV issues: support install/deploy AV software, fix virus issues if receive request from users - Review and evaluate firewall change requests. - Perform training about Information Security awareness for all Samsung electronics Vietnam employees. - Other duties as assigned * Outstanding achievements: - Best Employee Award of Samsung SDS Vietnam in 2017 - Zero Malicious Code Subsidiary Award in 2017 (Samsung Global Award) - Best Practice Award for Security improvement actions
