1. Layout and Intra-Factory Logistics
- Layout: assist the Industrial Engineering Manager in designing the Factory and line layout. Identify opportunities for improving the Factory layout, and recommend changes to the Industrial Engineering Manager as needed.
- Material Handling: assist the Industrial Engineering Manager in developing the tools and processes for effective transportation of materials between various areas of the Factory and implement such tools and processes.
- Handling Concepts: using Industrial Engineering concepts, such as just-in-time and visual management, to identify material transport improvement opportunities. Implement improvement initiatives as agreed with Industrial Engineering Manager.
- Work Content Reduction: use the “motion economy” principles to identify opportunities for work content reduction through time and motion studies. Implement improvement initiatives as agreed with Industrial Engineering Manager.
- Work Aids: develop work aids to reduce work content. Seek assistance from Folder Technician / Facilities Engineers / Mechanics as necessary.
- Line Balancing: provide the Operations team with sufficient knowledge and skills in the 3-ticket tools in support of the production efficiency targets.
- Machine Evaluation: assist Industrial Engineering Manager in evaluating the work content reduction opportunity and calculating Return-on-Investment (ROI) of new machines recommended by the Chief Mechanic.
- Kaizen Technology: assist Industrial Engineering Manager in applying Kaizen tools and systems and implementing projects such as the one-piece-flow production line which have learnings scalable to all production lines.
- Line Balancing: provide the Operations team with adequate industrial engineering support to continually improve the production efficiencies through improvement in the balancing of production lines.

- Can speak a proper English
- Experience about Kaizen or continuous improvement in manufacturing companies
- Knowledge about line-balancing
- Vinh Phuc candidate is a plus
