- Assurance Quality of apparel/ Garment
- Receive QC file, fit sample, pp sample to compare
- Inspect measurement, visual on pp sample
- Make the pp sample comment about critical point for production
- Pre-production meeting with factory
- Check fabric test report as crocking test, fastness test, shrinkage test..
- Fabric weight, shade band, 4 points system
- Monitor spreading and cutting
- Control technical for each operate at sew line
- Inspect first output, inline, meeting with factory
- Arrange Inline, TOP sample
- Packing audit
- Pre-final audit
- Final inspection attending
