Mô tả công việc
- Set up production plan for Department: regarding raw materials, the working time, the man-power, shift working, overtime, production methods…- Checked stock and support the missing
- quantity.
- Update capacity from production
- Control the production progress of each working stage.
- Control purchasing spare parts – raw materials progress for productions.
- Work close with other teams (Sale, Technician, Production, Logistic…) for delivered arrangement.
- - Outlined preventive for not recurring errors.
- Negotiate and adjust production plan with customers if not deliver on time.
- Achieve coordination among various departments relating to production.
- Make adequate arrangement of men, money, materials, machines tools, implements and equipment relating to production.
- Decide about the production targets to be achieved by keeping in view the sales forecast.
- Keep production operation continuous.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Can use ERP System
- Having experience working in an Korean electronics manufacturing company
- At least 5 year experiences
- A Bachelor degree in Electronics related field is preferred
- Fluent English speaking & writing
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability and a team player
- Knowledge in Planning in an ERP environment
- Concepts in order management, production scheduling, understanding of APO and SAP, manpower management skills, Flow and lean manufacturing concepts
